No, you do not have to make an appointment to tour, but it is recommended so that you have dedicated time to learn about our apartment community.
How accessible is the management at the local office?
Our office staff is happy to help you during normal business hours. We are open M-F 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. Our community is closed on Sunday.
How do I apply for an apartment?
You can apply online through our website.
What is your application process?
Fill out application, provide supporting documents, credit and background screening & rental verification if applicable, screening decision.
What happens if I had a previous eviction?
We welcome you to apply. For detailed info regarding credit please refer to our rental criteria.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Usually 1-3 days, however if you have any previous out of state addresses it could take longer.
How much will I pay in up-front costs when I sign the lease?
$50 app fee per person, $150 admin fee, $500- $1000 deposit or Jetty, Prorated rent and recurring fees.
What are my options for paying my rent?
Rent can be paid in the LOFT app or Walmart.
How do I pay my rent online?
Resident LOFT portal.
Are there any monthly fees?
Yes, $125 includes Spectrum wifi and cable, trash pick up, amenity fee and pest control.
Which utilities (electricity, water, sewer/storm water) are included in my rent?
None. You must set up electricity and renter's insurance. Water is allocated an will be billed to you monthly for you to pay on the 1st of each month.

Can I get a price reduction if I sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance?
No, we don't allow payments that far in advance and pricing is based on market rates.
If I transfer from one apartment community to another, will my security deposit transfer to the new community or do I need to pay another security deposit?
You would need to pay a new depsit or Jetty if you transfer.
Will I be allowed to sublet my apartment?
No, we don't allow subletting.
What fees will I need to pay if I have to break my lease?
A 60-day notice is required and an early term fee equal to 1 month rent will be due within 7 days of your written notice that you are moving.
